Do you ship to other countries?

Yes we do ship worldwide. All deliveries come with tracking number which will be sent to you.

 

How long will I get to receive my order?

It requires 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to pack and ship your order. The estimated delivery time is from date shipped, not the order date. Do note that these are estimated delivery times and we are not able to guarantee the exact delivery dates. 

 

What is the payment currency?

Payment currency is in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

 

Do Hoursphere provides warranty?

Yes we do provide a 1-year limited warranty. It covers any defects in the watch movement under normal use during the warranty period. Do note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for repair.

Can I refund / exchange the watch if the watch doesn't suit me?

We uphold a strict no-refund / exchange policy on all watch purchases. Please carefully review your selection before finalising your order. Each watch undergoes thorough quality checks prior to shipping. Due to the nature of the product and the potential for it to be worn, refunds / exchange cannot be offered.
